When Lockfox is first launched, it checks for any bookmarks that you previously saved to your lockfox.com account, then loads them into the application.  If you add or delete a new bookmark in your current browsing session, the changes will be saved to your account upon closing Lockfox.

Lockfox Secure Browser operates in a completely protected and isolated environment.  In order to offer you full support for the latest technologies such as Flash, Shockwave, PDF rendeing and others, we must package this support with our software.  The download may take you a few minutes more than normal but the browsing experience under full privacy and security are worth the extra time!

While you can install a Firefox extension and use it, when you close Lockfox Secure Browser, the extension will be deleted.  This is due to the very portable nature of Lockfox, and how it deletes all traces from being left behind.  In the next version of Lockfox, we are considering adding a way to keep loaded extensions.   If you wish to use your current extensions and add-ons, consider using the Lockfox Add-On for Firefox.
